Terms, Privacy and Risk

1. Terms of service

TopBill provides market data, quantitative indicators, simulated trading records, funding-rate comparisons and automated alerts. It does not hold customer assets, execute customer orders, operate an exchange, provide brokerage services or create a fiduciary relationship.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18, legally capable of entering a contract and permitted to use cryptocurrency analytics where you live. TopBill is not offered to residents of Mainland China or any sanctioned or otherwise restricted jurisdiction. You are responsible for confirming local eligibility.

Accounts and access

You must provide an email you control, keep your password secure and avoid sharing access. Free beta access may be changed, limited or ended with reasonable notice. We may suspend access for fraud, unauthorized sharing, attacks on the service or violation of law.

Free beta

TopBill currently does not charge public users. No card, wallet connection or cryptocurrency transfer is required. Any future paid plan will be introduced only after separate notice, updated terms and a compliant checkout.

Availability

Market data can be delayed, incomplete or unavailable because of exchange, network or third-party failures. Features and supported markets may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every signal or alert will be delivered.

2. Trading risk disclosure

• No signal is a promise, recommendation or guarantee of profit.
• Backtests and simulations are hypothetical and can differ materially from live results because of liquidity, slippage, fees, funding, latency and execution.
• Past accuracy or performance does not predict future performance.
• You make every trading decision independently and remain responsible for position size, leverage, order execution and losses.
• Exchange API connections should remain read-only. TopBill's commercial service does not automatically place customer trades.

3. Privacy notice

TopBill stores account email, optional display name, password hash, session token, access status, alert preferences, language, timezone and limited security logs such as IP address and browser information. Exchange API credentials are used only for enabled account-reading features and should be read-only. Legacy payment records may remain for prior operator testing but public payments are disabled.

Data is used to authenticate accounts, provide alerts, prevent abuse, support customers and operate the service. Email delivery and market-data providers process only the data needed for their service. TopBill does not sell personal data.

You may request access, correction or deletion by contacting the address above. Some security records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, dispute handling or law.

4. Payments and cancellation

Public payments are disabled during the free beta, so there is no subscription charge to cancel or refund. Do not send cryptocurrency to an address claiming to sell TopBill access unless a future official checkout is announced on topbill.xyz with updated terms.

5. Legal review

This document is an operational disclosure, not a substitute for advice from a qualified lawyer. The operator's legal entity, governing law, tax treatment and country-specific consumer rights must be finalized before any paid launch.
